Dear Tim,

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent work that you and your company, Gopher Birdie, performed for the Lakeland Regional Cancer Center.  The 9-hole putting green that you designed and constructed for our “Healing Gardens” area of the Cancer Center could not have worked out better.  The site selected for the green is tremendous with the towering oaks providing shade in the summer time and the two lakes providing aesthetics for our staff, patients and their families.  At times, family members have a 1-2 hour wait at the Cancer Center as their loved-ones are treated.  The putting green then becomes a perfect outlet for them to take their mind off the wait and the treatment.  We look forward to the summer when we will have a formal program of putting lessons for our patients as part of the complimentary medicine program to help them with their efforts to get back to a normal life after a cancer diagnosis.  Again I thank you for your excellent work.
